1. Terms and Conditions
a.By accessing the displayer.com.au website and using its services, you confirm that you have read, understand, accept and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between you, the user (User, you or your), and displayer.com.au (we, our, us or Dispayer), for the provision of access to the displayer.com.au website (the Website), and the ability to use the services listed in clause 4, below (the User Services). If you disagree with any of the terms and conditions contained in this document, you must stop using the website, and navigate away from it.
b. We reserve the right to change, remove or add additional terms and conditions to this document at any time. Any changes will be displayed on this web application and on the Displayer website in bold for a period of 30 days after the changes have been made. You must cease using the Website and User Services if you do not agree to the amended terms.
c. You are deemed to accept those changes if you continue to use the Website after such changes have been made and brought to your attention.
d. We have no responsibility to inform you of changes made to these terms and conditions other than those requirements mentioned in paragraph 1.b of this document.
2. User Services:
In return for you agreeing to these terms and conditions, we will grant you:
a. access the Website in order to view, retrieve and display the Content;
b. access to our directory of builders;
c. access to view display homes, designs and house and land Packages;
d. electronically save parts of the Content;
e. print out single copies of parts of the Content; and
f. make Contributions.
3. Third party websites and links
Third Party Website means a website controlled by a person other than Displayer;
You acknowledge that you may be able to access Third Party Websites from the Website. You agree with Displayer that:
a. These links are provided for your reference only, and not as an endorsement of those websites, their operators or the goods and services that they describe.
5. Disputes; Governing Law
a. This Agreement is governed by the law of the State of Queensland, Australia and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
b. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Website. Displayer reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users of the Website.
