As of November 1, 2019, Displayer offers a 12 months FULL money-back guarantee for both monthly and annual memberships providing that Displayer does not deliver any results (Qualified Leads)
Qualified Lead: A form submission or a phone call from a genuine prospective client is considered as a lead and all the leads are tracked and you get back-end access to complete verified details of the leads.
For example, if a new builder is partnered with Displayer and joins on January 1st on a 1-year annual plan, they can obtain their FULL annual payment back if Displayer does not deliver any leads within 12 months time starting from 1st of January, then they may be eligible for that full refund. However, if you need to cancel before 12 months, for example, 25th of March, you will be charged for 3 months on a monthly fee and remaining will be FULLY refunded.
New subscribers who select MONTHLY payments WILL be entitled to a full money-back guarantee BUT only the first monthly payment and NOT on later monthly payments. However, even for monthly subscriptions, if Displayer doesn’t deliver any results for the first 12 months, you are covered with 12 months full money-back guarantee.
If however, you feel that there has been a catastrophic failure in our service (extremely unlikely!), please raise the matter with the Displayer Support Team and they will escalate it to management for further consideration ASAP.
HOW TO CANCEL & ACCESS YOUR FULL MONEY BACK
After 12 months of creating your membership, if displayer doesn’t deliver any results, you may request a FULL refund by requesting at firstname.lastname@example.org within 45 days of completion of 12 months.
DIsplayer will then quickly refund the full amount.
IMPORTANT: Once an account is cancelled, Displayer will deactivate the listing/s and profile, and all files will be deleted.
